By submitting this application, registering as an Associate, Volunteer or Organizational Participant, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

General Conditions

• My association with the Foundation is voluntary, organizational and administrative in nature.
• My association does not create any ownership, statutory membership, voting, employment, partnership, profit-sharing, directorship or financial rights in the Foundation.
• The Foundation shall remain the sole owner and controller of its name, logo, records, databases, digital assets, intellectual property, websites, social media platforms, documents and all organizational systems.

Code of Conduct

I agree that I shall:

• Maintain honesty, integrity and discipline.
• Protect the dignity, reputation and objectives of the Foundation.
• Follow all organizational instructions, policies and lawful decisions.
• Behave respectfully with beneficiaries, volunteers, members and the public.
• Keep confidential information secure.
• Return all Foundation property whenever required.

Prohibited Activities

I shall not:

• Misuse the Foundation's name, logo, ID Card, designation or documents.
• Create any unauthorized website, social media page, WhatsApp/Telegram group or digital platform in the name of the Foundation.
• Collect donations, membership fees, sponsorships or any other funds without prior written authorization.
• Make false representations or issue unauthorized certificates, appointment letters or official communications.
• Use my designation for personal, political or commercial gain.
• Transfer, assign or misuse my appointment, ID Card or organizational authority.

Membership & Appointment

• Appointment or registration is subject to verification and approval by the Foundation.
• The Foundation may approve, reject, suspend, renew, modify or terminate any organizational association in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
• Registration/administrative contribution fees, if applicable, are ordinarily non-refundable and non-transferable.

Student Volunteers

Applicants aged 16–18 years may participate only as Student Volunteers/Participants, subject to parental/guardian consent wherever applicable.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from organizational association shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Rohtak, Haryana.

For detailed Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, Organizational Policies, Administrative Guidelines, Membership Rules, Fee Policy, Social Media Policy, Age Eligibility Policy, Suspension & Termination Policy, and other organizational regulations, applicants may contact the official office of SHREE AZAD SINGH MEMORIAL FOUNDATION.

Policy Amendment & Modification

SHREE AZAD SINGH MEMORIAL FOUNDATION reserves the right to amend, modify, revise, replace, interpret, suspend or withdraw any of its Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, Organizational Policies, Rules, Guidelines, Designations, Fee Structure, Administrative Procedures or Operational Framework, in whole or in part, at any time, as may be deemed necessary for organizational, administrative, operational or legal requirements, without prior individual notice, subject to applicable law. Such changes shall become effective from the date determined by the Foundation. Continued association or participation with the Foundation after such changes shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised policies.
