Before submitting this application, I hereby confirm that I have carefully read, understood and voluntarily accepted the following:

• I declare that all information provided by me is true, correct and complete. Any false, misleading or incomplete information may result in rejection of my application, suspension or termination of my membership/volunteership/internship/training at any stage without prior notice.
• I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee selection, appointment, membership, volunteership, internship, training, certification, employment, financial assistance or any other benefit from SHREE AZAD SINGH MEMORIAL FOUNDATION.
• I agree to comply with all applicable Rules, Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Organizational Policies, Code of Conduct, Ethical Standards, Administrative Instructions and decisions issued by the Foundation from time to time.
• I understand that the Foundation reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, discontinue, terminate or modify any application, program, membership, volunteership, internship, activity, schedule, training, certificate or associated benefits in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
• I shall maintain discipline, professionalism, honesty, confidentiality and respectful behaviour towards the Foundation, its officials, staff, volunteers, members, beneficiaries and all associated persons.
• I shall not misuse the Foundation's name, logo, identity, certificates, documents, digital platforms, intellectual property, social media presence or official communication without prior written authorization.
• I understand that any certificate, identity card, appointment letter or authorization issued by the Foundation remains the property of the Foundation and may be withdrawn, cancelled or declared invalid in accordance with applicable policies and law.
• I understand that certificates issued by the Foundation shall be governed by the Foundation's academic and administrative policies and shall not be represented as a statutory, government-recognized or professional qualification unless expressly stated.
• I agree that the Foundation may maintain and process my application details and related records for administration, verification, legal compliance, audit, communication and program management in accordance with applicable law.
• I agree to receive official communications through email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp or other approved communication channels.
• I understand that participation in any activity is voluntary and I shall comply with all safety instructions, operational guidelines and lawful directions issued by the Foundation.
• I agree that any project, assignment, report, photograph, video, attendance record or activity undertaken during my association with the Foundation may be documented and used by the Foundation for educational, administrative, reporting, audit, promotional or compliance purposes, subject to applicable law.
• I understand that the Foundation may revise, amend, modify, replace or update its Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, Organizational Policies, SOPs, Rules, Regulations, fee structure, eligibility criteria, program structure or administrative procedures from time to time. Such revisions shall become applicable from the effective date notified by the Foundation and continued participation shall constitute acceptance of the updated policies.
• I agree to resolve any concern through the Foundation's internal grievance mechanism before pursuing any external remedy, where permitted by applicable law.
• I confirm that I have read and voluntarily accepted all applicable Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct and Organizational Policies of SHREE AZAD SINGH MEMORIAL FOUNDATION.
